It was a busy Election Season! The March 12 elections on town, school, and sewer budgets, plus election of townwide candidates are behind us. But don't lose focus. Stay tuned to what your town government is doing.

January 8
Warrant Articles. Last day to submit petition warrant articles to the Town Clerk.

February 1
Last day for candidates to sign up for local office.

February 2 at 9:00 a.m.
Town Deliberative Session was at the Allenstown Elementary School. At this public hearing, voters discussed, questioned, and argued about the town, school, and sewer budgets. One motion passed that added $59,722 to the proposed school budget making it equal to the default budget. That made it easy to vote No.

March 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Town Election was a rainy day at St. John's Parish Hall on School St., in front of the A.R. Dupont School.
