Morgan Storage Announces Three New Businesses for AllenstownDateline: Sept. 20, 2019 After months of waiting to learn what would become of the old Key-Loc property, the waiting will soon be over. In a recent meeting outside the warehouse with Mr. Charlie Morgan, head of Morgan Storage, it was learned that the big brown warehouse is being leased to three companies. Workers are currently building dividing walls and making final renovations for these businesses.
So far this year, the building has been given a fresh coat of paint, new garage doors have been installed, new building numbers have been attached, extensive interior renovations have been completed, new drainage has been installed around the building, a new water retention area has been installed at the northwest corner of the property, the entire perimeter of the building has been paved, and parking spaces have been painted. Note the extensive paving around Building 2 and 3.
Granite State Shuttle Service is to occupy about 18,700 sq. ft. They provide on-demand pickup and delivery of everything from envelope mail to palletized freight, They serve most of New England with daily service. With a fleet of over 150 vehicles, they are expanding into Allenstown. Morgan Records Management is to take up about 22,000 sq. ft. The company bills itself as the national leader in document scanning and records management solutions. They offer secure, acessible storage of documents such as books, oversized maps, historical documents, microfilm, business cards, manufacturing coupons, and x-rays. With headquarters in Manchester, NH, they have chosen Allenstown as their newest facility. Vault Motor Storage is to occupy another 22,000 sq. ft. This company provides a secure, heated, and modern indoor vehicle storage facility. They store all kinds of vehicles such as boats, RVs, motorcycles, exotic and classic cars, and provide 24/7 surveillance. With existing facilities in Merrimack and Belmont, NH, the Allenstown facility is centrally located between Concord and Manchester.
The best part of this news is that they plan to have these companies moved in by mid-October 2019. Additional RenovationsNorth East Logistics was the former business in this warehouse down on Chester Turnpike. It will soon be a new facility for All Seasons Equipment, headquartered in Bow. Morgan Storage purchased this building at the same time as the much larger warehouse. All Seasons Equipment sells, installs, and services hydraulic lift equipment for vehicle repair garages. Morgan Storage is to renovate the building exterior while All Seasons Equipment clears out old equipment from inside. Once that is done, All Seasons plans to purchase the building and use it to store equipment and materials used in their business.
