After long serving Town Clerk/Tax Collector Kathleen Pelissier gave notice back in August 2023, the Selectmen sought applicants for these positions. (One person holds both positions.) Resident Jackie Tate was appointed in January, ran for office, and was successfully elected for a three-year term on March 12, 2024.

Ms. Tate later nominated resident Matt LaFlamme to be Deputy Town Clerk/Tax Collector starting on April 1.

Town Clerk/Tax Collector office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with future enhanced hours coming later this year. The office will be closed from time to time as the staff continues to attend Town Clerk and DMV training classes and workshops, but operations are on the road back to normal.
