Sunday June 23, 2024 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Allenstown Town Hall, 16 School St., Allenstown, NH
The Allenstown Economic Development Committee is hosting its second concert of the year. A local music group, The Jennifer Mitchell Band, is scheduled to perform for us in the Gazebo at Blueberry Express Park in front of Town Hall.
Jennifer provided the following background about the band:
"We are a professional four-piece band with pro sound equipment, and we play a variety of music from today's hits to some of the oldies. I am an award winning singer/songwriter and two of my band members have done USO tours. We are all very accomplished in our own right.
"I was once voted "Best Local Musical Act" by the Hippo Press and I sang for the Governor and his Executive Council when they met at the Hooksett Library. I have also been voted "Best of the Best" Local Musical Act.
"Every single show ends with a tribute to our soldiers and veterans."

June 23 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
At the AR Dupont School Field on School St.
All you need to do is to let us know you will be there. Just send mail to economic-development@comcast.net. People attending the concert will love to see your classic car.
Parking is limited so plan to arrive around 3:00 to get a good space near Town Hall.
Shade for Attendees
An amenity for concert goers is a set of popup canopies for those seeking shelter from the sun. (We are not planning any rain!) Thus you have no excuse for not joining everyone at the concert. Music, Dancing, Food, Fun, and Shade!
Food Grill
A professional Concord-based cook will provide a variety of cooked-to-order entrees. The menu includes items like sweet or spicy Italian sausage subs with fried onions, cheeseburgers, jumbo hot dogs, and other entrees to feast on while enjoying the concert and the cruise night events.
Touch a Fire Engine
In support of the concert, the Allenstown Fire Department hopes to display one of their fire engines for young and old to get a close look. We are not sure which vehicle it will be, but it will be exciting to have our own fire fighters show off one of their excellent fire fighting vehicles.
Parking
Parking is on the Library Street, on School Street, and at town hall. The Dupont School field is reserved for Cruise Night cars. So pack up your lawn chairs or blankets and be part of this summer concert on the town green.
The concert is free and open to the public.
Brought to you by the Allenstown Economic Development Committee.
