Small Town Styles

This new business, located at 43 Allenstown Rd. Unit 4 [next to the laundromat), opened in March 2024. Erika Serrecchia is the business owner and a Stylist and Danielle Whiting works as a Stylist.

Why Allenstown?

Erika put it this way. "I was a booth renter in Concord, NH, but I wanted to be closer to home and to have my own salon where I could provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and other stylists as well. We chose Allenstown because this location is a busy place with visitors coming to the shops all day long, it's close to home, and I grew up in town."

When asked about business experience, Erika (above photos) explained, "I have been a Stylist for over 12 years, and Danielle has been a Stylist for over 10 years." Surprisingly, the above customer came all the way from Hopkinton.

When asked about services offered at Small Town Styles, Erika said, "We offer a variety of services for you and your family! This includes Hair Cuts and Styling, Color and Highlights, Lash Extensions, Hair Extensions, and Treatments like Inca Glow, Olaplex, and Milk Shake."

"The most popular ones are lashes and coloring."

Community Outreach

Many businesses offer more than goods and services. Here is what Erika had in mind regarding community outreach activities.

"We would like to help with Updos (upswept hairdos) for young ladies attending high school proms. We would also love to get involved in the Allenstown-Pembroke Old Home Day, possibly in the parade, in August this year."

Plans for the Near Future

Erika added that "We are looking to bring on more stylists to satisfy our customers' needs. We are also planning a Grand Opening at the end of April."
