Fare Thee Well, Ronnie

Ron Pelissier

It is with sadness that we must report that Allenstown Road Agent, Ronnie Pelissier, has passed away after a brief illness. He had been fighting cancer for the past several months. He died on Monday, May 27th, at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston with his wife, Debra, and family members by his side. He was 61.

This past March, Ronnie had won re-election to his fourth term as Road Agent for the Town of Allenstown. In this position, he had been serving the town for the past 9-10 years. He had looked forward to continuing to serve in that role with a major goal being to make sure that all the roads in town that we drive on every day were repaved and in good condition.

Prior to being Road Agent, Ronnie had operated two businesses, Independent Curb Setters and Ron Pelissier Pools.

Ronnie loved working on classic cars and enjoyed cruising in his Chevy Nova, sometimes up to Cruise Night at Arnie's Place in Concord. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and taking vacations, but his favorite times were with friends and family, especially the grandchildren.

Please keep his family, as well as his extended family of friends at the Allenstown Highway Department, in your thoughts and prayers.
