Concert on the Town Hall Lawn

Green Heron is to perform a concert on Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Location: Blueberry Express Park, Town Hall Lawn,
16 School St., Allenstown, NH

What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than at the Green Heron Summer Concert featuring the musical craftsmanship of Scott and Betsy Heron.

So mark your calendar for Sunday June 27, 4:00-6:00 p.m. Green Heron, a local Bluegrass duo, is ready to take us on a melodic journey through bluegrass, folk, country, and Americana music, including many of their own compositions. Since 2016 they have been performing locally and gaining more and more followers of their unique blend of guitar, banjo, fiddle, and vocal harmonies. With two albums already released, they have made numerous appearances on local television and radio, including WMUR's New Hampshire Chronicle.

Refreshments

A food concession offering a variety of tasty entrees will be operated by Chef Keith Klawes and his band of ARD underchefs.

Parking is on the street, at town hall, or at the Dupont School next door.

The concert is free and open to the public.

What You Need to Do

Set aside Sunday afternoon, June 27th, and come for the music or the games.

Please pay attention to these guidelines:

  • If you are not feeling well or think you might be infected, please stay home. If you have been vaccinated or have recovered from the Wuhan virus, that's a good thing.
  • Bring lawn chairs or a blanket to sit on while enjoying the concert.
